• Use Provider's Servers - you may elect to be licensed to go on line on our provider's servers.  We establish your account and you purchase headcount to populate it.  You can extend an invitation to take a profile by sending an e-mail to an applicant that includes a direct file link. Your applicant clicks on the link and the profile scoring sheet opens, closes, and self scores upon completion.
  
  He/she can take their profiles and you can retrieve your reports from anywhere in the world where either you or they can access the Internet.
  
  
• Buy Reports Individually - if you prefer not to select either of these options, we invite you to explore our self-help testing alternative system explained in the section below.

Don't become frustrated!  We recognize that while some organizations want to perform their own testing regimens, others only want to receive their output in the form of a final evaluation report.  We have therefore created a second website that caters directly to that alternative! 

After reviewing the material contained herein we invite you to examine our alternative website at www.testtohire.com.  On that site you will first be able to select your profile of choice, and then purchase it by credit card.  You will also have the option to buy multiple profiles at a significant discount.  If you elect the latter, an open account containing the testing balances will be opened for you.

When you want an applicant to take a profile just request that an invitation be sent to them.  Their e-mail invitation will include a direct link to take the profile after which it will automatically close and self score upon completion.  The final report will automatically be sent to us for analysis and comments.  By return e-mail or fax, in as quick as 1 hour, you then will receive your individual reports all on a pay-as-you-go basis.

You will not have to purchase pre-paid headcount, unless your elect to, or to undergo specific training to use our systems in this way because we provide all of that for you.  Most important, after we score and print your reports, we carefully review them and then make individual pertinent interpretive comments in our return cover letter to you. 

Copies of your reports will be held indefinitely on our servers for future reference by you at any time.
